He was predeceased by: his father Richard Curtis; his grandparents, John, Laraine Taylor, Rolland and Helen Curtis; and his uncle Terry.
He is survived by: his mother Heidi Curtis (Jim Sager); his siblings, Steve (Jess), Dan Curtis (Darcy), Jody Vogie (Roger) and Kathy Curtis; his uncles, Marc (Anita), Kent (Cindy), Daniel (Marie), Jason (Tamara) and Bob Curtis; his aunt Jackie Curtis; and his cousins, Noah (Michelle), Jacob (Alicia), Holly Taylor, Courtney (Diane) and Townsley Curtis (Theresa).
