It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeline Bentley of Saint Joseph, Michigan, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on March 24, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Swift and Ethel Swift (Murray); her husband John E. Bentley; and her siblings, Sandy, Mary, Orville, Billy and Elmer.
She is survived by: her sons, John R. Bentley (Noemi) of Grand Rapids and Jim Bentley (Renee) of St. Joseph; her grandchildren, Barbara Hamlington (Peter) and Ian Bentley (Amanda); her sister-in-law Edie Bentley of Windham; and also Ada Hamlington. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Memorial donations in Madeline's name may be made to the St. Joseph-Lincoln Senior Center.
