He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Lucille; and his father-in-law Jack Leonard. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Leslie Rowe (Heather), Brent Michael Rowe (Karen) and Marilyn "Marci" Elizabeth Rowe (Todd); his grandchildren, Hannah Leslie, Andrew John and Eliza Jacqueline; his siblings, Bob Rowe (Marylou), John Rowe (Jo-Alice), Bill Rowe, Theresa Bates (Sam), Nick Rowe (Trudy), Sharon Servoss (Phil), Becky Sears (Jeff), Brad Rowe (Debbie), Connie Brown (Karl), Pam Fanslau (Greg) and Gordy Rowe; his godchildren, Mark Rowe, Samantha Bates Teasley, Jeni Servoss Pecard, Melissa Vanover, Scott Beitelshees, Allison Fuleky Ketcham and Adam Fuleky; his mother-in-law Barbara Lewis; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Vanover (Randy). He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to St. Andrew Catholic Church or to the Lingap Center Children's Foundation.
