She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Burandt and Geraldine Burandt (Spear); her husband Larry Friesen; and her brother Craig Burandt. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Donna Nordstrom-Burandt; her nephew Adam Burandt of St. Joseph; and her niece Amy Burandt of Ann Arbor.
