She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Jane and Alfred Otterbein; her husband George Welch; and her brother Keith Otterbein. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Alti (Tim), George Welch (Torre), Marilee Lindahl (Jeff) and Jeff Welch; her grandchildren, Kathryn Alti, Nicholas Alti, Taylor Welch, Carly Minnema (Payton), Justin Lindahl, Jonathan Lindahl, Jennifer Lindahl, Julia Lindahl and Max Young; her great grandchild Elliot Minnema; and her brother Kyle Otterbein.
Memorials may be made in Kay's honor to the First Congregational Church, Lory's Place or the Hanson Hospice Center.
