He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph A. Kramer and Mary Rose Kramer (Bromboz); and his son Jeffrey Kramer. He is survived by : his wife Judy Kramer; his children, Jodie Broadwater (Rob) and Joseph A. Kramer; his grandchildren, Nolan and Mallory Broadwater; and his siblings, Mary Wolski, Paul Kramer (Linda) and James Kramer.
