He is survived by: his spouse Dianne Boller of South Bend; his daughters, Monique Nielsen (James) of South Bend, Tiffany Guyton of North Aurora and Kimberly Drake (Gabriel) of Middletown; and his brother David Boller (Gina) of Orlando. He is also survived by grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
