He is survived by : his wife Pauletta Kollath; his stepson Ryan Sims (Vianey); his granddaughter Abigail Sims; his brothers, James Kollath (Candace) and Richard Kollath (Carol); his nieces and nephews, James Kollath, Jr. (Christine), Jennifer McKim (Cary), Nicholas Kollath (Tricia), Carlie Wells (Caleb) and Kate Savarese; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Avery, Benjamin Kollath, Ella, Daniel McKim, Adeline, Emma, Ava Kollath, Gideon Wells, Riley Kollath and Eli Savarese.
