He was predeceased by: his parents, John DeVries and Hattie DeVries; his siblings, Delores, Bob and Jim; and his son John.
He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Ann Reinking (Robbie); his son Rick; and his daughters-in-law, Dyana and Cheri. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren, their spouses, and 16 great-grandchildren.
Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made to St. Jude's Hospital or to the Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan.
