Though Johannah Elizabeth may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Johannah Elizabeth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Rees and Ann Rees (O'Connor); and her brother Gerald Rees. She is also survived by three daughters, two son-in-laws, six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bridget Catholic Church (107 Main St, Hobart, IN 46342).
