It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Vivian Stromer of Saint Joseph, Michigan, born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Parr and Emma Parr (Raffel); her husband Joseph Stromer; and her sister Eleonora Vollrath. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Stromer (Jeanne Pavlic) and Laurel Stromer (Michael George); and her grandson Evan Stromer.
