He is survived by: his siblings, Lorna Mack, Martha Hartman of Annapolis, Julie Cline (Craig) of Bitely, Mich and Philip Mack of Wilmington, N. C.; and his close friend Susan Hewitt of St. Joseph. He is also survived by his family and friends.
