He was predeceased by: his parents, George Meister and Mildred Meister (Wires); and his parents-in-law, Betty and Norman Rothenberg. He is survived by: his wife Caryl Rothenberg; his daughter Amie Witkowski (Bret) of St. Joseph; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Witkowski of Clawson, MI and Emily Panzer (Noah) of Kiel, WI; his sister Joyce Vance of St. Joseph; his nephew Kurt Heppler; his niece Gretchen Heppler of Las Vegas; and his siblings-in-law, Pat and Roger Dorn of Saugatuck.
