He was predeceased by: his parents, Leendert (Marintje Reedyk) and Jake; and his wife Ruth Reedyk (Visscher). He is survived by: his daughters, Elaine Yskes (Paul) and Lorraine Valk (Jim); his grandchildren, Joshua Yskes (Emily), Phil Yskes, Daniel Yskes (Courtney), Jessalyn VanderHulst (Doug), Dr. Josiah Valk (Brittany), Micah Valk (Hailey) and Isaac Valk (Sara); his great grandchildren, Brenna, Simon, Marcus and Jay; and his siblings, Joan Piekema, Willi Leusink, Martin Reedyk, Len Reedyk and Peter Reedyk.
Jake was passionate about spreading the gospel, to honor his legacy, consider donating to his favorite mission.
