He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Bennett and Grace Bennett (Caplan); his wife Phyllis E. (Reynolds); his son Dennis Bennett; and his siblings, Laura Southerland and Donald Bennett.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Talbot (Gary Mayher), Bruce Bennett (Cindy), Teresa Usher (Rodney Schneider), Micky Allen (Kim) and Jennifer Beeman (Lucky). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
