She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ferdinand Feg and Rosalie Feg; her sons, Norman Steffen (Christie) of Havelock, NC and Harry Steffen (Rebecca) of St. Joseph, MI; her grandsons, Andrew (Natalia), Aaron, Austin, Sean (Ashley) and Brian Steffen (Brooke); her great grandchildren, Graham, Noah, Nathan, Annalee, Rosalie, Sean Jr., Braydon and Bryleigh Steffen; her brother Ewald Feg of Herford Germany; and her husband Fritz.
Due to the current Covid-19 precautions, a private family service and burial have been held.
Memorial donations in Erika's name may be made to Christ Lutheran Church, Stevensville and Caring Circle Hospice of Lakeland, St. Joseph.
