He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustav Baum and Minnie Baum (Nemitz); and his sisters, Francis Krieger, Lawana Cable, Shirley Damaske and Virginia Patzer.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Blaine Baum (Sue) of St. Joseph, Brian Baum (Kelly) of Lawrenceburg, KY and Lori Anderson (Jeff) of Stevensville; his grandchildren, Brandon, Kate, Natasha, Alex, Brittany, Max, Erin, Kent, Taylor, Collin, Faith, Payton, Ella, Lily and Noah; and his great grandchildren, Darren, Jack, Honora, Anthony, Sophia, Connor and Brooke.
