She was predeceased by: her father Owen Maier; her stepfather Ernie Wickens; and her father-in-law David Bergman. She is survived by: her husband Steve Bergman; her children, Stephanie Fisher (Dan), Cory Bergman (Cassie), Caleb Bergman (Courtney) and Amalie Montano (Lee); her grandchildren, Addison Fisher, Sam Fisher, Hudson Bergman, Romey Bergman, Maxwell Bergman, Charlie Bergman and Evelyn Bergman; her mother Frieda Wickens; her brother John Maier (Helga); her stepbrothers, Perry Wickens (Diane) and Mark Wickens (Joelle); and her mother-in-law Lou Bergman.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan.
