He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvid E. Ostling and June Ostling (Huffman); and his brothers, John Ostling and David Dougherty. He is survived by: his wife Julie Ann Arleth; his children, Geoffery Ostling (Darlene) of Macomb Twp and Kristi Ostling of Kalamazoo; his grandchildren, Tyler, Vinnie, Breanna and Abbey; and his sisters-in-law, Sheila Ostling of Raleigh, NC and Kay Dougherty of Roscommon.
