He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Jean Tropp; and his parents, Frederic Smith and Ruby Smith (Robe). He is survived by: his daughters, Renee Smith, Michele Smith and Nicole Spence (Craig); his sisters, Glenda Demissianos and Annette Silva (Fred); and his grandchildren, Kendall Dick, McKenna Dick, Wesley Smith Lockett, Olivia Lockett, Walter Smith, Zoe Ruby Spence and Oscar Lee Spence. He is also survived by his wife, three daughters, and seven grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Caring Circle Hospice and United Way of Southwest Michigan.
