She is survived by: her children, Patrick (Carol Drake) of Seattle, WA, Mark of Richland, MI, Kathleen Clark (Steve) of Loudon, TN and Lynsay Taylor (Mark) of Sacramento, CA.; her grandchildren, Kyle Clark, Alex Clark (Lindsay), Aiden Taylor and Camren Taylor; her husband John Evans (Jack); and her family Colleen.
