She was predeceased by: her husband Sam P. Hansen, Jr.; her former spouse Chris Ruppel; her parents, Albert Laper and Inez Laper; her siblings, Carl, Keith Laper and Ruth Jensen; and her son-in-law Douglas Henry.
She is survived by: her brother Paul Laper of Hickory Corners, MI; and her children, Sue Reschke (Daniel) of St. Joseph, MI, Kay Greene (Richard) of Indianapolis, IN, Brian Hansen (Veronica) of Bangor, MI and Diane Henry of Albuquerque, NM. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
