He is survived by: his children, Kara Weber (Mark) of Gainesville, FL, David Wade of St. Joseph, MI, Lyn Guffey (John) of Siloam Springs, AR, Kim Tate (Keith) of Corydon, IN and Jon Wade (Wendy) of Steamboat Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Tim Tate, Courtney Hooley (Steve), Christopher Weber, Amy Tate, Michael Guffey (Natalie), Alison Guffey, Alden Wade and Neve Wade; and his great grandchildren, Luke and Jesse Hooley.
