He is survived by: his sons, Charles "Jeff" Garlanger of Van Buren, AR and Loren "Chris" Garlanger of St. Joseph; his grandchildren, Carsyn Rainwater (JB) of Ft. Smith, AR and Charles "Hogan" Garlanger of Ft. Smith, AR; his great grandchildren, Reece, Ridley and Rylee; his brother Robert Garlanger of St. Augustine, FL; and his brother-in-law Roger Cayo (Donna). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Caring Circle Hospice.
