She was predeceased by: her daughter Heather Dase. She is survived by: her daughter Ashley Dase of St. Joseph; her siblings, Eric Mallen (Bette), Paul Mallen, Dan Ernst (Nancy Noah), Heidi Barren (Mike) and Wendy Frost; her sisters-in-law, Debra Ernst and Laura Williams (Bruce); her nephews, Elliott, Evan Mallen, Kevin, Ryan Barron and Andrew Dase; and her niece Emily Williams.

Memorial donations in Cathy's name may be made to the Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan.
