He was predeceased by: his mother Rebecca Dedes; and his siblings, Dola Keller and Donna Powell. He is survived by: his wife Betty A. Kuykendall; his children, Todd (Julie) and Kim; and his grandchildren, Josh, Alexandria (Joe), Ashlee (Nick), Kaylee and C. J.. He is also survived by two sisters and two brothers; several nieces and nephews; lifelong friends.
