She is survived by: her husband Tom David Sr.; her children, Tom David Jr. (Chris Doyen), Brandon David and Amanda Herman (Keith); her parents, Harry William Dohner and Gloria Carolina Dohner; her brother William Dohner (Valerie); her niece Nikki; her nephews, Ethan, Liam and Reid Dohner; her sister Natalie Siebenmark (Thomas); and her nephews, Ryne and Nathan Siebenmark.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
