It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Lou Ward of Saint Joseph, Michigan, born in Benton Harbor, Michigan, who passed away on September 4, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wilczynski and Lucille Wilczynski (Heyn); her sister Pamela Lazzara; and her son Brian Ward. She is survived by: her husband Clifford Ward; her children, Kenneth Ward, Charles Ward (JoAnna), Jeffery Ward (Jana) and Cheryl Skorupa (Mark); and her grandchildren, Drew, Chelsea, Dustin, Samantha, Vincent, Kevin, Steven and Zakkary. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Starks & Menchinger Chapel (2650 Niles Rd, St Joseph, MI 49085). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
