She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph McCloughan and Lucille McCloughan (Yeager); her sister Edna Joanne McCloughan; and her brother-in-law Richard Combs. She is survived by: her husband Dean Lantz; her children, Deborah Clark (James) of Berrien Springs, Rebecca Haight (Joe) of Nashville, TN, Daniel Lantz (Patricia) of Columbus, OH and David Lantz (Heather) of Leo, IN; her grandchildren, Aaron Lantz (Wendi), Ansley Stewart (Merrick), Kelsey, Kara Reinhardt, Ryan Clark (Savanna), Brandon Clark (Becky), Destin, Isaac, Andrew Haight, Payton Hauer (Logan), Garrett, Owen, Taz and Addalyn Lantz; and her sisters, Carolyn Combs of Bargersville, IN and Betty Manning (James) of Bryan, OH. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Arleen's name may be made to First Church of God Endowment Fund or Warner Memorial Camp in Grand Junction, MI.
