He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus Flaugher and Neva G. Flaugher (Anderson); his son Paul (Brenda); and his siblings, Lawrence, Kenneth, Thaddeus, Doris, Nancy, Robert and Alice.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gayle (Hoskins); his children, Perry Flaugher, Mark Flaugher (Carey Lynn) and Elaine Cantrell (Eric); his grandchildren, Melissa, Thaddeus, Kaitlynne, Danielle, Ethan, Michelle and Xavier; his great grandchildren, Makenzie, Abigale, Anna and Aryca; and his sister Elizabeth Doolittle.
