He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pearson and Ruth Pearson (Platte); and his brother-in-law Alan Stehlik. He is survived by: his wife Colleen of St. Johns; his children, Ashleigh Meadows (Wayne) of North Carolina, Roger Tutton II of Virginia and Matthew Pearson of St. Johns; his granddaughters, Ravenlily and Adie; and his siblings, Debbie Barratt (Dave), Tom Pearson (Liz), Linda Sullivan (Garry) and Chris Stehlik (Ron Becher). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
