He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor L. Lootens, Sr and Marion Smith; and his wife Joan Lootens. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Lootens, Lea Clingman (Doug), Tami Dahl (Eric), Nicholas Lootens (Emily) and Brigette Murray (Sam). He is also survived by 5 Step-children; 18 Grand children and 12 Great-Grand Children.
