She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ann, Rose, Mary, Connie, Frank, Eddie and Joe.
She is survived by: her husband Leon Brewbaker; her sons, Kim (Cindy), Martin (Debra) and William (Jennifer); her granddaughter Mary (Don); her daughter Mary; her close friend Fran Foltz; and her caregivers, Donna, Tracy, Vonda, Carol, Jan, Kathy and Ashley. She is also survived by her four children, ten grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
