Shirley Spencer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 27, 2024, at the age of 89, Shirley Spencer of Saint Johns, Michigan, born in Ionia, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Risser and Dorothy Risser (Bensinger); her husband Robert Spencer (Bob) of Ionia; and her son Andrew Spencer. She is survived by: her sons, Jack of Lansing and Robert Jr.; her daughter-in-law Diane of Everett, WA; her daughter Sherry McKenzie of Shelbyville, MI.; her sister Marcia Bolo of Seneca, SC; her siblings-in-law, Barbara Greve (Spencer) and James Greve of Owosso; her great grandchildren, Collette Anderson-Holzwarts, Noah McKenzie, Finnegan Kavanagh, Grant and Bowman Spencer; and her great great grandchildren, Ariya and Obi. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and long-time friends and neighbors.
