It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Marie Lowe of Saint Johns, Michigan, born in Ovid, Michigan, who passed away on January 23, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hafelein and Isabel Hafelein (Barber); her husband Russell Lowe Sr.; her son Richard Lowe; her brother John Hafelein; and her brother-in-law Jack Wiswasser.

She is survived by: her sons, Russell Lowe Jr. (Lisa) of St. Johns, MI, Ronald Lowe (Sharon) of Interlochen, MI, Robert Lowe (Mary Ellen) of Charlotte, MI and Ray Lowe (Jennifer) of Arizona; her stepdaughters, Jeannine Ames (Larry) of Remus, MI and Deborah Lowe of Newport, WA; her sister Beverly Helbig (George); her siblings-in-law, Sue Hafelein, Pat Wiswasser, Ralph and Rita Tarrant; and her close friends, Hilda, Sallie and Hope. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
