He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorrence Patterson and Irene Patterson (Webber); and his sister Ardys Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Patterson; and his children, Ron (Lynne Patterson Jr.), Le Ann (Shawn LaFay), Carla Gates, Doug (Angie Hanna) and Mike Hanna. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
