She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Fletcher and Marion Fletcher (Wright); her husband Wesley Frayer; her children, Vickie Frayer, Barton Frayer (Nancy) and William Frayer; and her brothers, Roger, Ronald and Terry Fletcher.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jerry Fletcher (Donna), Sharon Hagle (Lewis), Phil Fletcher (Linda), Richard Fletcher, Mark Fletcher (Kay) and Kathleen Hearld (Fred); her sister-in-law Mary Fletcher; and her goddaughters, Teresa O'Neill and Jessica Hunsucker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
