He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Swagart and Frances M. Swagart (Roat); his daughter Barbara Swagart; his sister Linda Carmon; and his sons-in-law, Doug Huguelet and Ronald Milton.
He is survived by: his wife Neva Swagart of St. Johns; his children, Julie Swagart and Raymond Swagart of Lansing; his stepchildren, Kim Huguelet of St. Johns, Mark Wineland (Jill) of St. Johns, Laureen Wineland of St. Johns and Kristin Milton of Middleton; his grandchildren, Scott Knickerbocker (Val), Jamie Parks (Chad), Heidi Parks, Geoff Parks, Alyssa VanSickle (Jake), Cassidy Milton, Madisson Milton, Gavin Milton, Thomas Wineland and Jack Wineland; his great grandchildren, Avery, Joseph, Logan and Weston; his siblings, Alan Swagart (Nina), Gary Swagart (Merle) and Cheryl Moubray (Tom); and his brother-in-law Bruce Carmon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
