He is survived by: his granddaughter Malaya; his wife Billie Johnson; his daughter Elizabeth Johnson; his stepson Jason Hardenburg; his grandchildren, Mylah and Monte; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob and Emma; and his brothers, Matthew Johnson and Timothy (Susan Johnson). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
