He is survived by: his wife Maki Stack; his children, Marina and Kai; his mother Carol Ann Stack; his parent-in-law Masaru Aoyama; his siblings, Molly, Matthew Stack (Susan) and Michael; his brothers-in-law, Takema Aoyama (Akiyo) and Asahi Aoyama (Rika); his nieces and nephews, Ryotaro Aoyama, Miyu Aoyama, Honoka Aoyama, Brandon Minnick (Summer), Julie Huggler (Dan), Anderson Minnick (Kelsey), Molly Carol Minnick (Dakota Iocco), David, Peter, Charlie, Danny Stack, Becky Luetkemeier (Will), Sara, Jack and Camran Stack; and also Michiko Aoyama.
