He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Pettijohn and Barbara Pettijohn (Jackson); his sons, Larry Johnson and Darrel Johnson; and his siblings, James and Sheila.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Farrier; his children, Scott Johnson (Pam), Casey Baker (Paula), David Holly (Michelle), Athena Holly, Kristopher Holly (Sarah) and Cynthia Holly; and his sister Susan Anderson. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
