He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Burton and Minnie Mae Gray (Murray); his brother Forrest; and his niece Tracie. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Coetzee of Johannesburg, Flo Laros (Richard Hawkins), Jean (Joe Pendleton), Beth (John Sayler), Leonard (Lori Gray) and Leslie (Emily Gray); his nieces and nephews, Deb, Tim, Fabian, Caroline, Jonathan, Jason, Jennifer, Fred, Vinnie, Sammi Jo, Justin, Lauren, April and Becca; and his close friend Larry Luttig. He is also survived by spouses and numerous great- nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials may be made in Ken's name to The American Cancer Society.
