It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Maki (Saint Johns, Michigan), born in Ontonagon, Michigan, who passed away on March 3, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Maki and Lilah Maki (Lahti); his daughter Aislin Maki; and his siblings, Jimmy Maki and Marlene Cole.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his brother Brian Maki; his daughters, Jennifer Phelps and Katherine Maki (Tom); and his stepchildren, Lyle Witt, Kathy Witt, Melissa Smith (Mark), Michael Witt (Patience) and Richard Witt. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
