She is survived by: her son Jay Anthes (Karen) of Jacksonville, Florida; her grandchildren, Allen Anthes (Megan) of Warrensburg, Missouri, Colleen Anthes of Chicago, Illinois and Spencer Anthes of East Lansing; her close friends, Barb and Walter Pierce; and also Allen.
