He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray W. Peters and Lydia Peters (Simon); and his wife Joyce Barbara Dennis. He is survived by: his children, Jackie (Richard Edlin), James (Tammy Barth-Tyler Peters Jr.), Jerry (Robyn Peters), Jody (Pamela Peters) and Joe (Lisa Peters); his grandchildren, Jeremy Peters, Jessica, Sam Fruend, Christin, Ben Coleman, Crystal Sklodowski, Colby Peters, Kody Peters, Taylor Peters, Dakota Peters, Skylar Peters and Robert "Bubba" Peters; his stepgrandchildren, Dylan and Dawson; and his siblings, Keith (Mary Peters), Dorothy (John Mitchell), Richard Peters of Elsie, MI, Gayle (Dave Green) and Barbara Stuckey of Alma, MI.. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
