She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Mills, Sr. and Beryl A. Barton. She is survived by: her husband Robert Lublow; her sister Virginia Cantrell (William); her children, Edward Lublow (Vicki) and Diane Howland (Dan); her grandchildren, Edward Lublow III, Nicholas Richmond, Austin Howland, Logan Howland, Ryan Howland, Robert Hicks (Janell), Brian Hicks (Heather) and Elizabeth Penski (Erik); her daughter Sandra Hicks; her stepmother Ruth Bracy Mills; and her brother Percy Mills, Jr.. She is also survived by 4 great granddaughters, 5 great grandsons, and one great great grandson, and many nieces and nephews.
