It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellis Hicks (Saint Johns, Michigan), born in Greenbush, Michigan, who passed away on February 26, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon F. Hicks and Carrie Hicks (Gilson); his sons-in-law, John Fetzner and Jim Ellery; his great grandchild Rafe Ramirez; and his siblings, Robert, Ruth, Irene, Orval, Oral and Harold.
He is survived by: his wife Letha Hicks; his daughters, Cheryl Naffziger (Jim) of Mecosta, MI, Krystal Chapman (John) of Page, AZ and Katrinka Fetzner of St. Johns, MI; his grandchildren, Jodie Ballow (Aaron), Alan Fetters, Carrie Ramirez (Phil) and Matthew Fetzner (Crystal); and his great grandchildren, Zachary Ballow, Oscar Ramirez, Isaiah Ramirez, Mia Ramirez, Riley Fetzner and Keira Fetzner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
