He is survived by: his wife Wreatha; his children, Donald Lee Chant Jr (Janice), Christie Russell (Alvin) of St. Johns, Brian "Buck" Chant (Jodie) of Laingsburg and Sarah Wharton (Todd); his grandchildren, Suzanne Fletcher (Ryan), Rachel Chant, Ken Walters (Amy), Kenneth Chant (Jamie), Bentley Wharton, Maxwell Wharton and Hudson Wharton; his great grandchildren, Anna Chant, Samuel Fletcher and Owen Fletcher; and also Harrison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
