He was predeceased by: his parents, James Chamberlain and Mary Chamberlain (Towersey); his wife Connie Ebright; and his siblings, Gordon, Betty Wright, Berniece Wilk, Barb Watson and Dellamae Watson.
He is survived by: his brother Big; his children, Sheila LaVere, Scott (Rhonda) and Robert (Debra); his grandchildren, Dawn Cooper (Bob), Traci, Emily, Anthony Chamberlain, Curtis (Amanda), Kristen, Jeff Thornton and Joanne McLaughlin (Richard); his great grandchildren, Hallie and Noah Thornton; his sisters, Nancy Pomranky and Patti Christianson; and his sister-in-law Marietta Dickman.
Memorials may be made to Grace Haven Assisted Living Center, St. Johns.
