He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Bickham and Delia Augusta Bickham (Lindberg); his former wife Jean Paula Bickham (Rudd); and his siblings, Jack Bickham and Nancy Bickham.
He is survived by: his daughter Bernice Caroline Pemble (Marshall); his wife Bernice; his sons, Stan Lee Bickham of Roscommon, Tim Bickham (Betsy) of Ralston, Gerald "Soap" Bickham (Denise "DeeDee") of Hessel and Robert "Bob" Bickham (Lynn) of Roscommon, Michigan; his stepchildren, Wayne Pemble (Michele) of St. Ignace, Julie Shelton (Dwight) of Manchester, Charles Pemble (Patrice) of Marquette, Michael Pemble (Lynette) of Okemos and William Pemble (Laurie) of Okemos, Michigan; his grandchildren, Bonnie Jean Bickham Leffel, Michael Bickham, Chad Lawnichak (Roberta), Katie Jordan (Tim) and Rebecca Boston (Nick); his stepgrandchildren, Lori Ann Shelton, Mark Shelton, Jacqueline Carlson, Dawn Grulke, Daniel Pemble (Danielle), Nicole Pemble, Brandon Pemble (Amanda), Caitlin Pemble (Puneet), Gabrielle Pemble, Judah Pemble and Josie Pemble; his great grandchildren, Emma, Ellie, Daniel, Robert, Mark and Levi; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Addison, Kaden, Raquel, David, Duke, Moses, Poppy, Sonny and Lillian Rae; and his sister Mable McCord of Sault Ste.
